The SECA (the Chalon-Champforgeuil Airport operating company) has managed Chalon Champforgeuil airport since 1 August 2008. It is a subsidiary of the Canadian group SNC-Lavalin

SNC-Lavalin, with a turnover of close to 5 billion Euros and a workforce of approximately 18,000 employees in 2008, is one of the world's leaders in engineering and construction and a key player in infrastructure management and operation.

Founded in 1911, the group has been present on the international scene for almost 40 years and in France since the end of the 1990s.

In the airport sector, SNC-Lavalin's involvement is in financing, developing and operating airport infrastructures. SNC-Lavalin Airports is the division of SNC-Lavalin Europe that specialises in airport management and development.
